What counts as a support ticket?
Anything inside your GRIT Hub: funnel/website tweaks, automation & workflow setup, CRM & pipeline configuration, email & trigger troubleshooting, calendar/inbox connections, attribution, and campaign reviews.
How do the quarterly 1:1 strategy calls work?
On the Pro plan you receive one 60‑minute call per quarter. Use it for roadmap planning, audits, or deep dives. We’ll send a scheduling link at the start of each quarter.
I’m on Essentials—can I still get live help?
Yes. Book ad‑hoc coaching at $100/hr (1‑hour minimum). Essentials does not include support tickets.
What makes the Scale plan invite‑only?
Scale is designed for farms investing $5,000+/mo in ads who need a dedicated account manager and advanced campaign orchestration. Ask a coach about eligibility at any time.
